Job Description
As a valued member of MLSE’s most dynamic hourly team, successful MLSE Activation Crew candidates will join the group responsible for the distribution of promotional items and facilitate the execution of associated promotional activities during MLSE affiliated games and events. Additionally, Activation Crew candidates will be enlisted to support and deliver dozens of world class events each year.
Assist with the execution of the presentation, operational and entertainment elements for events at MLSE affiliated venues and within the community
Distribute promotional giveaway items as fans enter and exit MLSE venues
Assist with the placing of giveaways and items on seats prior to marquee games and promotional nights
Positively and professionally engage with fans while communicating key messages for MLSE partners
Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries regarding promotional events, items, and general inquiries
Professionally act as an ambassador for MLSE affiliated teams and partners
Participate in activation and event set ups and tear downs when required
Work external partner events when required
Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Other duties as required

Enthusiastic and passionate individuals fueled by their love for MLSE’s affiliated teams
Ability to WOW the fans and lead crowd cheers during distribution of giveaways and other fun activations
Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and playoffs, which could include but not limited to morning and afternoon
Ability to work a minimum of 50 + activations, events and promotional samplings a season
Ability and willingness to adapt within the ever-changing sport and event landscape
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable lifting up to 40lb
Previous experience working as a brand ambassador or in customer service is an asset
