Coordinate

Create

Handle

Initiate

Initiate / coordinate adjustment and clearing entries.

Investigate

  • Liaise with bank to obtain further information, if necessary.

  • Liaise with runner for statutory and over the counter payments (where applicable).

Load

Load and maintain pricing in SAP.

Maintain

  • Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups.

  • Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents.

  • Maintain customer facing terms and conditions.

  • Maintain customer master records related to contracts and pricing in SAP.

  • Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.

Manage

  • Manage all B2C sales and service reporting.

  • Manage, monitor and adjust cash flow requirements with available cash resources.

  • Manage required updates to reporting packages.

  • Manage vendor and marketplace reconciliation.

Monitor

  • Monitor the financial and risk performance of account portfolio.

  • Monitor the cash movement between cash book and banks.

Negotiate

  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with the client that meets the Bank's policies and guidelines.

  • Negotiate repayment or revised terms and conditions for those loans deemed unacceptable.

Participate

Participate in the monthly OLFM close.

Perform

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to various departments.

  • Perform all transfers and adjustments for any partner, hybrid or delivery agent shipment.

  • Perform FA reconciliation with business.

  • Perform SOX controls and respond to inquiries from internal & external auditors.

Post

  • Post Journal entries accurately with sufficient supporting documents.

  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

Prepare

  • Prepare and maintain process documentation.

  • Prepare and make bank deposits.

  • Prepare and submit draft and final Financial Statement to Regional Tax.

  • Prepare and submit reports requested by the bank timely.

  • Review new loan applications to establish their acceptability as investments for the Bank.

  • Review the work done by peers and provide feedback or make necessary corrections.

Share

Share knowledge in AP with colleagues who needed advice / clarification.

Support

  • Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.

  • Support new product launch and annual price change projects.

Track

Track program performance based on sales and claims data.

Update

  • Update all FA movements (including additions, disposals and transfers) in SAP timely.

  • Update AP,AR related month-end schedules.

  • Update intracompany template and reports timely and accurately.

Use internal data of Fleet Card offerings to analyze and resolve issues.

Validate

Validate / design suggested changes to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met.

Verify

Verify Cost Center / CoA coding and validity of signature and apply applicable tax knowledge.
